About Northeast Tree Care
Northeast Tree Care is owned and operated by Joe Boerner out of the Loveland and Sterling areas in Colorado. Joe has lived in Loveland since 2018 when he and his wife moved from Sterling, their hometown.
Northeast Tree Care was started in 2014 around Sterling, CO when our initial focus was to spray trees for pests, fungi, and bacteria. In 2019, we transitioned to systemic injections in order to offer safer and more targeted tree care goals as part of integrated pest management for tree owners.
Joe has over 10 years of experience in applying pesticides and fertilizer to trees and shrubs. As a Certified Arborist, Joe and Northeast Tree Care realize that there are many issues that can negatively impact a landscaped tree. We are always happy to educate a tree owner about best practices with their trees such as root zone care and watering requirements. When a customer calls and says “My tree looks sick, I think it needs to be treated.” we understand this may not be the most environmentally or economically responsible option.
